Our Story
Little more than a decade ago the startup scene in Finland was really non-existent. A group of young and enthusiastic individuals in Turku thought this needed to change. They founded Boost Turku in 2009 to inspire and support young entrepreneurs. Since that fateful day there has been countless success stories brought to life at Boost.

Organizing 8-week accelerator program Startup Journey every summer since 2011
Serving as a stomping ground for entrepreneurs from all fields of commerce

We strive to create an entrepreneurship ecosystem that supports early stage entrepreneurs.
We want to raise more successful startups and entrepreneurial-minded students in Turku.
We wish to erase the gap between wanting to start a business and starting a business.
